Job summary

Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America.

You will open new accounts, shape value-led propositions, and close multi-million-dollar platform or services-led engagements. You will build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage a robust pipeline while aligning activities with Ericsson’s DBR framework.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech/payments.
• Experience selling Mobile Financial Services or digital payments is required.
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
• Experience closing complex, high-value deals with financial institutions or fintechs.
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and translate solutions into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business in USA through proactive outreach and strategic targeting.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
• Develop compelling business cases and value narratives for Ericsson Mobile Financial Services.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals.
