Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech or Mobile Financial Services.
• Proven success closing complex, high-value deals with financial institutions.
• Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech companies.
• Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target markets in USA and strategic accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
• Develop business cases and commercial proposals highlighting outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to win deals.
• Represent Ericsson at industry events and client engagements.
• Maintain pipeline quality and CRM forecasting accuracy.
