Job summary

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth for Mobile Financial Services in North America. The role focuses on creating opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing complex, high-value deals with a strategic partner stance for digital financial infrastructure.

You will develop executive-level relationships, lead multi-stakeholder negotiations, and collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, and legal teams to win deals.

Qualifications

8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
Experience selling to financial institutions or fintechs with regulatory understanding.
Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth in outbound sales.

Responsibilities

Generate net-new business across USA target markets and seek opportunities.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure and handover to delivery.
Develop compelling business cases and value narratives for Ericsson offerings.
Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline through proactive outreach.
Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to shape deals.
Represent Ericsson at industry events and client engagements.
