Job summary
Ericsson Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across our Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America.
This role leads end-to-end sales cycles, opens new accounts, and closes multi-million-dollar platform or services engagements. You will build relationships with C-level stakeholders, position Ericsson as a strategic partner for digital financial infrastructure, and collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, and legal teams to win deals.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience closing complex, high-value deals and engaging with C-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Generate net-new business across USA target markets and strategic accounts.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close and handover to delivery.
- Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals with clear outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, legal, and finance to shape and win deals.
- Maintain high-quality pipeline, opportunity qualification, and CRM accuracy.
