Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager III within the Financial Wellness Solutions group. The role focuses on pursuing opportunities with existing clients and targeted prospects in Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG segments, using a consultative sales approach.

You will position health savings accounts, HSAs, FSAs and other wellness solutions to senior decision-makers, close new business, and expand relationships with internal teams. Travel within Midwest required.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling employer-sponsored financial wellness or benefits is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and strategic accounts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
