PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager III within its Financial Wellness Solutions group. Based in the East or Midwest Territory, you will pursue opportunities with large corporate clients, working with Relationship Managers to expand the bank’s financial wellness offerings.

You will position HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, CDH products, and other employer-sponsored solutions to HR, benefits, and finance leaders. Travel within the territory is required; this in-office role offers a comprehensive

Qualifications

• University degree required; higher level education desirable.
• 8+ years of industry experience typical.
• Experience in financial wellness or benefits sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets client acquisition strategies across financial wellness solutions.
• Drives strategy to acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue.
• Manages risk and drives quality for new/existing clients.
• Builds network with COIs, brokers, and partners to grow pipeline.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients and partners.
