Job summary

PNC seeks a Business Development Manager III within the Financial Wellness Solutions group to grow relationships, pursue opportunities with existing clients and targeted prospects across Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG segments, and close new business.

The role requires consultative selling of CDH products, HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, COBRA, and related payroll/benefits platforms, with travel within the territory and collaboration with internal partners.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; higher degrees desirable.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in sales/business development.
• No required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Sets client acquisition strategies and directs new client sales across financial wellness solutions.
• Creates and drives strategy to acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing insights and quantification of needs.
• Manages networks to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships with full bank offerings.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and position financial wellness solutions and benchmarks.
