Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager III to drive client acquisition for financial wellness solutions across the Large Corporate, DIG and FIG segments. Based in the Midwest Territory, you will partner with Relationship Managers to pursue opportunities, close deals and expand existing client relationships.

You will engage senior decision-makers, leverage COIs and brokers, and position health savings, HSAs, FSAs, HRAs and other employee-financed products to employers.

Qualifications

• Requires strong business acumen and client relationship skills.
• Experience in selling or consulting on employer-sponsored benefit solutions is preferred.
• Industry experience in financial wellness products or HR/benefits tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sets client acquisition strategies across financial wellness solutions and grows sales, revenue and market share.
• Manages origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non-credit products and services.
• Develops and nurtures relationships with senior clients, COIs, brokers and partners to expand opportunities.
• Drives opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored financial wellness solutions.
• Maintains a network of internal and external relationships to bring the full bank service range to clients.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze product knowledge, benchmarks, and positioning of financial wellness solutions.
