Job summary

You will engage members, referrals, and community partners, driving opportunities while aligning with responsible, inclusive lending and a structured sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in commercial or business lending, credit, or business development.
• Ability to apply a structured sales process and provide financial guidance.
• Knowledge of lending, deposits, and cash management solutions; strong referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned financial, production, and relationship goals.
• Engage members and referral sources through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities.
• Represent Premier America at community events to generate opportunities.
• Provide financial guidance and partner with teams to deliver value to members.
• Drive engagement, planning, and preparation to meet member needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Premier America policies; complete required training.
• Drive deposits and cross-sell related banking products as needed.
