This role directs all mortgage lending operations, including processing, underwriting, and funding, while enhancing member service. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in mortgage, leadership skills, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, developing new lending products, and analyzing data for compliance. Competitive pay, including a salary range of $150,000–$175,000 annually, along with excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mortgage underwriting, processing, closing, and/or funding experience with progressive leadership.
• Management experience with a proven ability to train and develop employees.
• Extensive knowledge of government programs, underwriting guidelines, and compliance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all mortgage lending operations activities.
• Analyze data and present reports to leadership and regulatory agencies.
• Develop and implement new lending products aligned with strategic goals.
