Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in commercial or business lending, credit, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Application of a structured sales process.
• Financial analysis and knowledge of business lending, deposits, and cash management solutions.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and frequent driving.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned financial, production, and relationship goals.
• Engage members and referral sources through proactive outreach.
• Represent Premier America at civic and community events.
• Provide financial guidance to help members make informed decisions.
