The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in financial services operations leadership, senior management experience in banks or credit unions, and expertise in process improvement and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or related master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in financial services operations leadership.
• 5+ years in senior management within banks or credit unions.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Own operational lifecycle of consumer and business member relationships to support compliant, scalable growth.
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and controls for consumer and business accounts.
• Ensure timely tax, IRA, compliance, and escheatment reporting with documentation.
• Establish and report operational KPIs for service, productivity, risk, and progress.
• Lead workflow redesign, automation, and control enhancements to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor SLA performance, turnaround times, errors, and rework rates.
