Premier America Credit Union is seeking a Business Development Relationship Officer (Chatsworth) to expand business owner relationships, meet financial goals, and deliver tailored banking guidance. You will maintain an active prospect list, nurture referral sources, and represent the credit union in community events.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in commercial lending or business development, a related bachelor's degree, and strong relationship-building and sales skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial/business lending, credit, or business development are required.
• Experience in business development and relationship management.
• Structured sales process knowledge and execution.
• Ability to provide financial guidance and maintain deposits/cash management knowledge.
• Strong credit underwriting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned financial, production, and relationship goals.
• Engage members and prospects through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Represent Premier America at community events to create opportunities.
• Provide financial guidance and partner across Premier America for full banking relationships.
• Identify opportunities, coordinate training, and ensure regulatory/compliance adherence.
