Job summary
Ericsson Mobile Financial Services seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across North America. Qualifications
- 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments.
- Experience selling to financial institutions or fintech with regulatory knowledge.
- Proven track record of new business acquisition and revenue growth.
- Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel ~50% of the time.
- Strong commercial skills including deal structuring, pricing, and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Generate net-new business across USA target markets and segments.
- Drive consultative, value-led propositions and address strategic priorities.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles as the accountable sales lead from prospecting to close.
- Develop compelling business cases and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance to shape and win deals.
- Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements.
