Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Seattle seeks a Senior Business Relationship Manager for Business Banking. You will manage a portfolio of large, profitable clients, deliver tailored financial solutions, and lead growth with a high-touch client experience.

As a Sr. BRM, you will partner with Wealth Management and Private Bank teams to deepen relationships, manage risk, and expand opportunities through referrals and market insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Knowledge of deposit/cash management products and business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client issues and drive follow-through.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills; proactive and adaptable.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills at all levels.
• Existing business network or ability to build one via centers of influence.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of ~70 business clients with revenue > $3MM+, delivering deposits and cash management.
• Provide tailored business banking solutions using finance, credit, and risk expertise to grow profitability.
• Grow the portfolio by prospecting new clients and leveraging centers of influence and referrals.
• Conduct in-person visits to develop full banking relationships and increase primary shares.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and coordinate with Wealth/Private Bank for solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of accounts and services.
• Follow risk management protocols and comply with regulatory requirements.
