You will identify growth opportunities, meet client needs across cash management and credit, and work with Wealth Management and Branch teams to maximize profitability while ensuring risk controls

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge and understanding of core business products and services with industry/market context.
• Strong communication with clients and internal partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide banking solutions and manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Identify and pursue new business clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Conduct in-person calls with COIs and clients; collaborate across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Support branches and promote sound risk management and regulatory compliance.
