JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Executive in Mid-Corporate Banking to drive new client acquisition and manage a growing portfolio of relationships with companies generating $100M–$2B in annual revenue.

You will work independently and with teams to introduce comprehensive solutions to clients and collaborate with internal partners to deliver strategic value. The role emphasizes a client-centric approach, industry trend awareness, and partnerships with the Mid-Cap Investment Banking

Qualifications

• Seven plus years of lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven client relationship skills with CEOs and CFOs.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners.
• Deep local connections and market knowledge.
• Corporate finance expertise and transaction execution skills.
• FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary interface with our Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team.
• Acquire new clients and maintaining and deepening a portfolio of relationships.
• Interface between our financial sponsors team and portfolio companies.
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking target market.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or partnerships.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation.
