Job summary

GEP Clark, Clark, New Jersey, United States, seeks a Senior Associate – ABM to support our Business Development team across sectors and drive go-to-market initiatives in a dynamic environment.

The role targets candidates with 2–4+ years in business development, consulting, supply chain, or strategic sourcing, who bring strong research, communication, and CRM/marketing automation experience. This is a full-time on-site position in Clark, NJ.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in business development, consulting, supply chain, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong research and analytical skills to assess market trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support BD leaders in identifying, developing, and nurturing new opportunities across sectors.
• Conduct market research and shape go-to-market strategies for key offerings.
• Assist in lead generation, set up meetings with qualified prospects, and contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Develop sales collateral, support targeted campaigns, and help execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Track and measure the success of BD efforts, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
• After 12-18 months, career advancement within the BD team may include ABM Lead, BD Specialist, or Account Executive.
