Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and review operational data and documentation.
• Investigate compliance concerns and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting, training and corrective action plans.
• Analyze trends, prepare leadership reports, and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage work through a ticketing system, ensuring SLAs and TATs are met.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
