Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior in its Business Banking division to deepen relationships with large, profitable clients.

You will manage a portfolio of 80–100 clients with revenue over $5M, drive deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities, and work with partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. Responsibilities include delivering high-touch client service, leveraging referrals to grow the primary banking relationship, and ensuring risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending experience.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; underwriting experience with commercial credit training.
• Ability to anticipate client issues and advocate on their behalf.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with all levels; ability to influence outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Self-directed, proactive, and creative; navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Balance client needs with firm risk and policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with revenues >$5M; support large credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client needs.
• Use financial knowledge to identify and promote solutions that benefit the client and profitability.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual client calls; cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management, and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery; follow up after account opening.
• Support risk management and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
