Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an experienced Business Relationship Manager Senior for its Business Banking team.

You will manage a portfolio of large, profitable business clients with over $3 million in annual revenue, delivering customized financial solutions and high-touch service. You will focus on deposit growth, cash management, credit opportunities, and risk management while expanding relationships through targeted prospecting and referrals across branches and related units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business banking relationship management or related lending
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products
• Ability to manage multiple clients and balance risk and growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain, and deepen a portfolio of ~70 business clients with revenue >$3MM+, providing banking solutions and credit opportunities up to ~$15MM
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored banking solutions and proactive risk management
• Grow the portfolio through prospecting, referrals, and centers of influence
• Conduct in-person client visits to deepen relationships and expand the full financial relationship
• Understand owner personal finance goals and coordinate with branches/wealth to deliver solutions
• Leverage treasury products and onboard clients with end-to-end delivery of accounts and services
• Protect the firm by following risk and regulatory protocols
