Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior to deepen relationships with large business clients in the Business Banking group.

You will manage a portfolio valued above $5 million, focus on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities, and deepen existing relationships while leveraging referrals. You will interact with owners and executives, coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank, and ensure risk controls are followed throughout client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; commercial credit underwriting experience.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across levels.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive and capable of navigating ambiguity to get things done.
• Balance client needs with firm risk and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in analyzing diverse businesses and markets to tailor solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with annual revenue > $5MM.
• Provide business deposit and cash management solutions and help with credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver customized banking solutions to meet clients’ financial needs and circumstances.
• Conduct regular in-person or virtual client calls to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of services.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
