Bank of America seeks an experienced commercial banking professional to manage a portfolio of mid-market clients with revenues of $20-50 million. You will deepen relationships, assess financial statements, and design financial solutions across treasury, credit, and advisory products.

With at least five years in commercial lending or business development, you will collaborate with market stakeholders and mentor teammates while adapting to evolving sales practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit and portfolio management.
• Experience managing an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $20-$50 million.
• Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business and enhancing existing relationships.

• Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting and enhancing existing relationships.
• Understands and interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.
• Collaborates with local market stakeholders and teammates throughout the bank and delivers financial solutions to clients and prospects.
• Leads and facilitates dialogue with a variety of complex clients and prospects regarding industry topics and business issues.
• Coaches and mentors peers, while utilizing leadership skills.
