Qualifications

• Five years of experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit, and portfolio management in business banking or the middle‑market sector.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $20–50 million.
• Proven track record of sales, prospecting new business, and enhancing relationships.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and cash flow to assess company health and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Manages an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $5–50 million and helps companies save, borrow, and invest.
• Acquires, deepens, and maintains profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting.
• Understands and interprets financial and cash flow statements to assess financial conditions and trends.
• Collaborates with local market stakeholders and teammates across the bank and with Product Specialists to design and deliver financial solutions.
• Leads dialogue with complex clients on topics like industry and capital structures.
• Coaches and mentors peers while using leadership skills.
• Adapts to changes in sales practices and broader market conditions.
