U.S. Bank in Downey, CA, is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to blend sales, relationship management, and financial acumen for business clients. You will connect them with lending, treasury, deposits, payments, and card solutions, supported by a team and leading products.

The role requires outbound activity and will offer a robust compensation plan, with potential sign-on bonus up to $25,000 based on qualifications and business considerations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience prospecting companies with annual revenues greater than $10 million.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow a portfolio through consultative sales efforts.
• Established Centers of Influence network or demonstrated success building one.
• SBA 7(a) and 504 lending programs experience.
• Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending experience.
• Developer & Investor Commercial Real Estate experience.
• Experience managing complex credit structures and loan requests larger than $2.5 million.
• Experience working with businesses generating up to $25 million in annual revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Spend 60-70% of time on outside business development and self-sourcing opportunities to build a book.
• Develop, grow, and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Build Centers of Influence networks to generate referrals and opportunities.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-focused solutions for long-term relationships.
• Assess clients' banking needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on deposit, lending, treasury management, and payments solutions.
• Proactively manage portfolio by maintaining credit quality and renewals.
• Obtain credit approval within assigned lending limits and structure.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Make referrals to additional business lines to meet client needs.
