U.S. Bank is hiring a Business Banking Relationship Manager in Downey, CA. This role focuses on outside business development, establishing new client relationships, and nurturing partnerships to deliver tailored financial solutions that support growth.

The role requires strong relationship-building, sales and credit assessment capabilities, with the ability to coordinate across Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and other teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience are preferred.

• Spend 60-70% of your time on outside business development and building a book of business from the ground up.
