Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Deepening Business Banking BRM to manage a portfolio of large business clients and deepen relationships through deposits, cash management, and tailored financial solutions. You will leverage cross-unit partnerships to deliver comprehensive banking services and growth opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients' issues, own problems on clients' behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with annual revenue >$5MM; provide deposits and cash management solutions and manage credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with customized banking solutions.
• Identify, recommend and promote solutions using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals and centers of influence to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
