Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to deepen relationships with a portfolio of large, profitable clients (> $5MM revenue). You will focus on deposits, product deepening, client retention and referrals to grow primary bank share.

You will provide high-touch financial advice, manage risk, and collaborate with branches and wealth teams to tailor solutions. Expect a client-centric role with significant relationship leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client needs, own issues, and follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of 100–130 business clients; provide deposits and cash management; support credit opportunities up to ~$15 million.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions to meet clients' financial needs and circumstances.
• Identify and promote solutions using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit and risk management.
• Conduct regular in-person or virtual calls with clients and referrals to grow primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients end-to-end and ensure delivery of all products and services; monitor risk controls.
