Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in its Business Banking division to deepen relationships with large, profitable clients (> $5M in revenue). You will manage a portfolio, provide financial advice, and drive growth through deposits, cash management, and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities include leading credit opportunities up to ~$15M, coordinating with branch teams, and leveraging referrals to expand client relationships while maintaining risk controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending.
• Strong deposit and cash management knowledge with commercial credit training.
• Ability to provide proactive, customized financial solutions while managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenue >$5M; support credit deals up to ~$15M.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and excellent client experiences to Chase clients.
• Identify and promote treasury, credit, and cash management solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls to cultivate long-term primary relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to meet personal financial goals.
• Onboard clients end-to-end and ensure seamless delivery of accounts and services.
