Job summary

Chase is seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager Senior to manage a portfolio of large business clients and deepen relationships with a focus on deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities. You will provide financial guidance, drive client retention and referrals, and collaborate across branches to deliver end-to-end banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients' issues, own problems on clients' behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and creative; navigates ambiguity to get things done.
• Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 100 business clients with revenue >$5M; provide deposits and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to client financial needs.
• Promote solutions using knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Understand owners' personal goals and partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank.
• Onboard clients with treasury products and ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and services.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
