Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Business Relationship Manager in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of large, profitable clients, focusing on deposits, product deepening and risk management. You will deepen relationships, leverage referrals and coordinate with branches and private wealth teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.

As a senior banker, you will lead client engagement across in-person or virtual meetings, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience and responsible credit oversight

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services and knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate clients' issues, own problems on clients' behalf, and follow through with commitments.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of 80-100 business clients with revenue >$5M; provide bank solutions and credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver outstanding experience to Chase business clients with tailored banking solutions.
• Promote solutions using treasury products and collaborate with product specialists for end-to-end delivery.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients and centers of influence to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Understand personal financial goals and partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for appropriate solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of new accounts and digital capabilities; monitor risk and regulatory compliance.
• Protect the firm by following sound risk management protocols and control policies.
