Job summary

Chase seeks a Business Relationship Manager Senior (BRM) Deepening banker in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of large, profitable clients. You will deepen relationships, deliver financial advice, and drive deposit growth while focusing on risk management and client experience.

The role emphasizes high-touch service, cross-functional collaboration, and referrals to acquire new relationships and expand primary banking share.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and business credit underwriting.
• Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and manage risk.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenue >$5M.
• Provide deposit, cash management and credit solutions up to ~$15M.
• Deliver tailored solutions and leverage referrals to grow relationships.
• Conduct regular in-person/virtual calls to cultivate primary banking relationships.
