Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager Senior to deepen relationships with a portfolio of high-revenue business clients. You will drive deposits, cash management, and credit solutions while delivering a high-touch client experience and managing risk.

As a Senior Deepening banker, you will build strategic client relationships, coordinate with branches and wealth partners, and leverage referrals to grow the client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services; knowledge of business credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive, customized solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with annual revenue > $5M.
• Provide deposit, cash management, and credit solutions up to ~$15M; support large credit deals.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions by understanding client needs and market trends.
• Conduct regular in-person or virtual calls to build long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to deliver personal financial solutions.
• Onboard clients for end-to-end delivery of accounts and services, ensuring risk controls are followed.
