U.S. Bank in Los Angeles seeks a Business Banking Relationship Manager to combine sales expertise, relationship management, and financial acumen to help business clients achieve their goals.

By developing new client relationships and deepening partnerships, you will deliver tailored financial solutions that support growth, while partnering with internal specialists to serve the full range of client needs. A strong track record in sales and credit familiarity is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience prospecting companies with revenue > $10M is preferred.
• Experience working with SBA 7(a) and 504 lending programs.
• Commercial & Industrial lending experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Spend 60-70% of time on outside business development and building a book of business from scratch.
• Develop, grow, and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Build Centers of Influence networks to generate referrals and new opportunities.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-focused solutions to create long-term relationships.
• Assess clients’ banking needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on deposit, lending, treasury management, payments, and other banking solutions.
• Proactively manage an assigned portfolio with strong credit quality and renewals.
• Obtain credit approval within lending limits and recommend credit structures.
• Partner with Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and other teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Make referrals to additional business lines to meet client needs.
