Job summary

Koch is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business, product leadership, and engineering across registry, identity verification, and messaging platforms. You will translate complex regulatory and customer requirements into actionable solutions, partnering with stakeholders to ensure platforms deliver value while meeting expectations.

You will own requirements, maintain traceability, and drive delivery with engineering and QA teams, while enabling data-driven decisions through reporting

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements through functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitates backlog refinement, stakeholder workshops, and cross-functional discussions.
• Supports system integrations and API-driven solutions, documenting data flows and rules.
• Proficient with process analysis and mapping using Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro or similar tools.
• Collaborates with engineering teams and external vendors throughout delivery.
• Analyzes data using SQL or similar tools to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own business requirements, functional specs, process docs, and user stories for registry, identity verification, and messaging platforms.
• Translate customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements into testable solutions for Engineering and QA teams.
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, development, and acceptance criteria.
• Own requirements through delivery, ensuring clear definition and risk management.
• Analyze and document current and future state business processes and rules.
• Identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Product Management on discovery, roadmap planning, and solution definition.
• Capture business needs with stakeholders and validate solutions.
