Job summary

Koch seeks a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering across our registry, identity verification, and messaging platforms. You will translate complex regulatory and customer requirements into actionable solutions that drive product development and operational excellence.

You will partner with stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure our platforms deliver value while meeting expectations.

Qualifications

Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements through specs & user stories.
Experience facilitating backlog refinement and stakeholder workshops.
Experience supporting system integrations and API-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Own business requirements, specifications, and user stories for registry, identity verification, and messaging platforms.
Translate regulatory and contractual requirements into testable solutions for Engineering and QA.
Maintain traceability between requirements, development work, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with Product Management on discovery, roadmap planning, and solution definition.
Collaborate with customers and external stakeholders to capture business needs and validate solutions.
Define reporting and analytics requirements supporting KPIs and SLAs.
