Job summary

Koch is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering across our regulatory registry, identity verification, and business messaging platforms. You will translate complex requirements into actionable solutions that drive product development and operational excellence.

You will partner with stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure our platforms deliver value while meeting expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting functional specs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional discussions.
• Experience with data flows, business rules, and integration requirements.
• Proficient in process mapping and documentation using common tools.
• Track record partnering with engineering teams and external vendors.
• Strong SQL or data-analysis skills to support decisions.
• Experience in B2B/SaaS environments with contractual commitments.
• Background building or supporting registries, identity or messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements, specs, process docs, and user stories across platforms.
• Translate customer, contractual, and regulatory needs into actionable solutions.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to delivery and acceptance.
• Own requirements through delivery and manage risks and objectives.
• Analyze current and future business processes and data flows.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Evaluate cross-product impacts and ensure consistency.
• Partner with Product Management on discovery and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with customers and external stakeholders to validate solutions.
• Facilitate alignment through clear documentation and modeling.
• Define reporting and analytics requirements supporting KPIs and SLAs.
• Translate platform data insights into actionable recommendations.
