Job summary

You will collaborate with department leaders and project teams to ensure clear requirements, effective adoption, and balanced structure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in business analysis, business process improvement, or related roles.
• Experience working in professional services or project-based organizations.
• Strong ability to understand, document, and improve workflows.
• Experience eliciting and documenting business and user requirements through interviews, workshops and research.

Responsibilities

• Define and document future-state workflows to improve operations.
• Facilitate discussions to align on improved ways of working, including standard workflows, key handoffs, and decision points.
• Identify opportunities to improve consistency, clarity, and efficiency across key processes.
• Create and maintain lightweight process documentation reflecting agreed-upon workflows.
• Help teams clarify ownership and reduce ad-hoc practices over time.
• Support department leaders in clarifying responsibility for key processes and workflows.
• Coordinate with leaders to reinforce ownership and improvements over time.
• Gather requirements and assist with system implementation activities and user validation.
• Assist with change management and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Prioritize improvement requests based on impact, effort, and readiness.
