Job summary

You will partner with department leaders, project teams, and operational staff to document workflows, clarify handoffs, and establish practical future-state models that scale with the business.

You will support business systems implementations by gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and guiding adoption through clear documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in business analysis, business process improvement, or related roles.
• Experience working in professional services or project-based organizations.
• Strong ability to understand, document, and improve workflows.
• Experience eliciting and documenting business and user requirements through interviews, workshops and research.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state workflows to support the firm’s operation.
• Facilitate discussions to align on improved workflows and handoffs.
• Create and maintain lightweight process documentation.
• Support business systems implementations by gathering requirements.
• Assist with change management and adoption of new processes.
• Prioritize improvement efforts based on impact and readiness.
