• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Experience in professional services or project-based organizations.
• Strong ability to understand, document, and improve workflows and business processes.
• Experience eliciting and documenting business and user requirements through interviews, workshops and research.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and document workflows for current and future-state processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of improvements.
• Support business systems implementation projects through design discussions, user validation, and rollout readiness.
• Assist with intake and prioritization of improvement requests based on impact and feasibility.
