You will partner with department leaders, gather requirements for system implementations, and support change management to drive adoption and measurable outcomes in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Experience in professional services or project-based environments.
• Strong ability to document and improve workflows.
• Experience facilitating working sessions and achieving alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state workflows that support operations.
• Align on standard workflows, handoffs, and decision points.
• Document to-be processes for easy use.
• Clarify ownership of key processes with leadership.
• Gather requirements and assist with system implementations.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes.
