The incumbent will mentor junior analysts, lead data-driven projects, and ensure timely, accurate data submissions to state and federal recipients while coordinating client-related efforts and test activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu of degree, equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience in a quantitative role such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Programming Analyst, or claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional and user acceptance test plans and scenarios.
• Coordinate testing, resources, and track performance.
• Collaborate with IT on BRDs and data requests; coordinate data submissions and audits.
