Job summary

NAC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead cross-functional efforts in defining practical future-state workflows that support efficient execution and consistent outcomes. You will partner with leaders to establish clear ownership and measurable process improvements across the organization.

You will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map current and future processes, and help adopt new systems with effective change management and documentation to drive adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6–8+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement.
• Experience in professional services or project-based organizations.
