Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Licence/permit for trade as required (e.g., Journeyman Electrician).
• Experience with energy management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems across assigned properties.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and routine inspections.
• Monitor energy management and optimize building performance.
• Repair and replace components such as pumps, valves, and belts as needed.
• Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment and emergency systems.
• Document activities and respond to emergencies per policy.
