Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprentice/trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of related operating experience in mechanical/electrical/plumbing in commercial properties.
• Valid trade licenses/permits may be required (Journeyman/Master Electrician or local licenses).
• CFC Universal Technician certification may be required depending on market licensure.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related building systems.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance; monitor energy management.
• Inspect and repair equipment, belts, pumps, motors, and safety systems.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with property management.
• Document activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
