Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED; apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• Appropriate license/permit for trade (Journeyman/Master Electrician) and CFC Universal Technician may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned properties.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs per standards.
• Monitor energy management systems and adjust equipment to maintain comfort and efficiency.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, boilers, pumps, chillers, piping, and electrical components.
• Respond to emergencies, document activities, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
