Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprentice or trade school preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of related operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems experience.
• May require appropriate trade licenses or permits (e.g., Journeyman/Master Electrician) and related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in commercial properties.
• Perform preventive maintenance per standards and manufacturer recommendations.
• Inspect and repair building systems; monitor energy management and safety protocols.
• Document activities and report to supervisor; respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Inspect and maintain emergency exits; ensure clear access to stairs and exits.
• Maintain and paint, clean, and perform general property upkeep as needed.
