Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relevant experience, necessary licenses, and a proactive approach to energy management and safety as per company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/apprentice training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related operating experience in commercial properties.
• Appropriate licenses/permits for trade as required (e.g., Journeyman/Master Electrician).

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements for buildings.
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps, and airflow systems.
• Monitor energy management and adjust field conditions as needed.
• Repair doors, ceilings, lighting, and other building components.
• Respond to emergencies and document activities for supervision.
