Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience in operating building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps and cooling towers.
• Monitor energy management and adjust mechanical equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and equipment failures promptly.
• Complete required safety trainings and follow company standards.
