Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Operating Engineer to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for assigned properties. You will perform rounds, routine assessments, preventive maintenance, painting, and housekeeping, while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, DX units, pumps, cooling towers and air distribution systems.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per standards and recommendations.
